DR. YAZAN HIJAZI
From a young age, I was fascinated by the power of human connection and the potential within each of us to achieve greatness. Growing up, I was always the mediator, the team captain, and the one who rallied friends and solved conflicts. It was these early experiences that sparked my passion for understanding and enhancing team dynamics.
After completing my PhD in Electrical Engineering, I realized my true calling wasn't just in technology but in the intersection of human behavior and innovation. This revelation led me to further my education in fields like Human-Centered Design and Neurolinguistic Programming, equipping me with the tools to unlock the potential in others.
Today, as the Founder & CEO of Human Engineering Advisory (HEA Global) and the Director of Innovation Programs at Al-Hussein Technical University, I'm fortunate to influence change at a grand scale.
From fostering innovative environments in academia to advising startups in the CORE@HTU Tech Accelerator, my journey has been about transforming potential into achievement.
My work as a Visiting Professor at IE Business School has allowed me to share my insights with aspiring leaders from around the world, honing their abilities to create and lead high-performance teams.
