With over 11 years of work experience, I am passionate about empowering people to drive innovation through culture and strategy. I am an author of a book on corporate culture called: The Culture Advantage. As the Group Director of Culture & Strategy at Banco Santander, I lead the efforts to embed the common corporate culture of The Santander Way across 32 countries and more than 205,000 colleagues globally.

In my current role, I am responsible for developing and implementing initiatives around culture, flexiworking, health and wellbeing, leadership, and performance management. I work with senior leaders, HR teams, and external partners to align the culture with the business strategy and create a positive employee experience. I also share my insights and best practices as an adjunct professor and a speaker at various events. I have learned that culture change is a slow process, but I am proud to say that with consistency comes change.
